REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand by our products and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with each request fairly and reasonably.
REFUNDS/EXCHAGES ON MERCH
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. We believe in the quality of our products and will gladly exchange an item for a similar item or issue a refund. Tangible goods must be unused, along with the purchase receipt for an exchange or refund.
REFUNDS/CREDIT FOR COACHING & LIVE EVENTS
You have 14 calendar days from the start of coaching to request a refund for un-used sessions. It is our mission to help you on your journey to success and want to see you fully succeed in your goals. Please keep in mind we do not issue refunds for change of mind. Please note all live events are non-refundable.
We understand life happens from time to time and you may need to change your appointment. Please keep the following in mind.
Appointments rescheduled with at least a 24 hour notice are allowed without being charged a session
To reschedule, simply reach out to Christi & her team to request a new time
“No-Show” status is initiated 5 minutes after the call is scheduled to start. Once the 5 minutes have passed, the client will be considered a no-show and will be charged a full session
